Matt is a full stack developer, former algorithmic trader, and PMI-ACP certified Agile leader with experience transforming business units, automating enterprise scale workflows, and overseeing distributed teams as large as 60. For nearly a decade, he has solved large scale business problems with data driven solutions, including as the senior member of the algorithmic trading desk for Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund by AUM. Paul lived in Singapore for two years and recently relocated to Hong Kong. He first came to Asia after completing his Master in Finance at Nyenrode Business University.
